Ronald L. Carter, 44, of Eltopia died on December 8, 2008 at his home. Ronald was born on February 11, 1964 to Carl and Mabel Carter in Corcoran, CA.

He graduated from Richland High School in 1984. He enjoyed playing practical jokes on friends and family, going fishing in Tucannon and working on cars. He was at his best when he played his drums. He was loved by all who knew him, and will be missed by all.

Ronald is survived by his sister and her husband, Viola Carter Dunlop and Michael Dunlop of Pasco; brother, Roy W. Carter, and nephews, Chad and Kyle Carter of Vancouver, WA; nephew, Justin Tschauner (Candice) and their sons, Jaden and Peyton of Kennewick; niece, Jennifer Smith (Jeremy) and their son, Anthony, of Kennewick.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Ernest Carter; and by his sister, Peggy Carter Tschauner.

We would like to thank Jeremy and Jennifer Smith and Leslie Richardson for all of your help during this time.

Celebration of Life was held at Hillcrest Bruce Lee in Pasco on December 19, 2008.
