20-year reunion Golf Tournament Schedule and Rules

The cost for the tournament is $40.00 per entrant. This includes a round of golf, half a cart, tees, a sleeve of balls with school logo, and a white hat with RHS in bold green letters and a gold border.
Player/team placement will be as follows: Anyone who wants to play must give six weeks advanced notification to Dave Williamson or Zane Turner via e-mail, if possible. This will allow the minimum time necessary to get the appropriate amount of balls, tees, hats, and carts to the course director. Please send payments with the rest of the reunion payments.
Each entrant can submit the name of one person they would like to be paired with. The “pairs” will then be randomly grouped to make foursomes. Entrants not identifying a partner will be put in a pool, randomly paired and then subsequently grouped into a foursome. The Golf committee (Dave and Zane) feels this will be the best format for those wanting to bring their spouses, play with a particular friend or for those who don’t care who they play with. This is fair for everyone.
The course director, Scott Johnson, will be handling player check-in (suggest arriving at least 45 minutes prior to the start). Player/Team beginning Tee assignments will be posted in the clubhouse.

· Kp’s or Closest to the Pin

Well that is about it! The format and schedule are not really a subject of discussion because we have contacted/arranged these already. If someone has real concern on any of the other items we will be happy to listen.
